The OECD is working to improve the way the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information evaluates the progress made by countries in implementing the internationally agreed tax standards, Jeffrey Owens, director of the OECD's Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, told Tax Analysts in a June 1 interview.
