Richard Murphy from the Tax Justice Network and Tax Research UK published this discussion paper outlining a plan for automatic exchange of tax information. The recommendations in the paper aim to deliver the outcomes the G20 has promised, while aiming to do so cheaply, effectively, and at low risk for all involved.
