Submission to United Nations Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters

The FTC joined 22 other civil society organizations in drafting a letter to the United Nations Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters. The letter addresses concerns about the proposed UN Code of Conduct on Cooperation in Combatting International Tax Evasion, and offers a set of recommendations on how to strengthen the document.
