The FTC recently submitted a letter to U.S. lawmakers who introduced the Corporate Transparency & Accountability Act in the House of Representatives. The FTC welcomed the bill’s introduction, and it’s aim of creating more transparency in corporate reporting by requiring U.S. corporations to report financial information on a disaggregated country-by-country basis.
