Australia: America is a secrecy jurisdiction

We have long pointed to the fact that the United States is, to a very significant degree, a secrecy jurisdiction, not least through dirty practices offered in places such as Delaware. It isn't something that people like to mention in polite company. FBI Arrests 2 New Jersey Mayors, Rabbis in High-Profile Public Corruption Case

Two New Jersey Mayors, several rabbis, and other public officials were arrested by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation this morning in what is being described by the US Attorney's office as a "two-track federal investigation of public corruption and a high-volume, international money-laundering conspiracy." From Bloomberg:
