Italy offers amnesty on funds sheltered abroad

Toronto Star - Finance Minister Giulio Tremonti introduced a measure yesterday allowing Italians to repatriate funds held abroad, outside the reach of tax authorities, a week after calling on world leaders to adopt new rules against evasion.
