A British bridge manufacturing company is set to make legal history by pleading guilty to overseas corruption charges at a London court on Friday, The Daily Telegraph can disclose.

Berkshire-based Mabey & Johnson is due to appear at Westminster magistrates’ court charged with offences of corruption and breaching United Nations sanctions.
It is likely to face fines running into many hundreds of thousands of pounds.
