Former CEO sues Pacific National Bank

The ex-president and CEO of Miami-based Pacific National Bank filed a federal whistle-blower lawsuit against his former employer.
The complaint, filed Tuesday in Miami federal court, alleges that the bank, which is ultimately owned and controlled by the government of Ecuador, fired Carl Wolf last year because he opposed and protested orders from his superiors to violate federal laws through the bank’s operations.
