Last November 20-22, the Asian Peoples Movement on Debt and Development and the Financial Transparency Coalition hosted a conference entitled “Stopping Robbers and Pirates: An Asian Conference on Illicit Financial Flows”
23 organizations from 11 Asian countries came together in Manila to discuss the issue on Illicit Financial Flows, and together developed the following communique.
