New Russia-U.S. commission will help investors

MOSCOW – A new top-level U.S.-Russia commission set up by Presidents Barack Obama and Dmitry Medvedev should help investors resolve problems such as corruption and bureaucracy which are impeding trade, a business leader said.
Obama held two days of talks in Moscow on Monday and Tuesday in his first visit to Russia as president.
